At Watch Limit we want to make servicing as simple, and hassle free as possible. Below are some frequently asked questions. If your question isn’t listed below, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team here.

We offer a 18 months warranty on every watch purchased through our site. The warranty applies to the mechanism(movement) only. This does NOT cover any issues that arise from mishandling, water, wear and tear, scratches, etc. The warranty is valid on the moveable parts internally only and will be determined by our certified watch maker.

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx to approved FedEx locations. Please see our Shipping Policy or FedEx website to determine if your country is included in the list of approved countries.

You can checkout your order simply through our homepage. We offer wire transfer and all major credit cards.

We will allow returns if you notify us within 48 hours after the receival of the watch.

We will only accept returns if the item is in the exact condition as when it was shipped (must be unworn, if stickers were intact they must still be in the original locations and never removed, etc) and refunds will not be given until the watch is received back and carefully inspected.

The cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer which will be withheld from the refund amount. All watches will be thoroughly inspected upon receival to make the determination if the item is eligible for a refund. If we feel the item has been worn, the item may be subject to a partial refund, with the expenses of turning the item back to the original condition, on the buyer.
