Yes!
We sought out industry-wide revered Swiss-trained watchmakers to handle our timepieces. They conduct a multipoint inspection on your watch for authenticity, performance, and condition. All of our watches are photographed in-house and listed with a thorough description to exhibit every aspect of its condition and service history with total transparency. Our trust in our team allows us to back all of our timepieces with 1-Year Watch Limit Warranty on the movement of the watch. Please care for your watch with the highest regard as we do not cover loss, theft, water damage, or any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the watch.
We are not an Authorized Dealer of any of the brands in our collection and cannot make any claims on the manufacturer’s original warranty that comes with the watch.
Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx to approved FedEx locations. Please see the FedEx website to determine if your country is included in the list of approved countries. Please note that we do not offer free international shipping; a shipping charge will be applied at checkout.
For domestic orders (within the United States), we offer payment via bankwire transfer.
After payment has been received, any first-time clients may be required to complete an identity verification process (administered by our payment service provider) to ensure the security of their purchase.
Watch Limit offers a 7-day delivery window starting at the time of successful delivery. Should the watch be returned in its original condition (not worn or with new signs of wear), a refund will be issued either to the original payment method (less any payment processing fees for credit card, etc.) or in the form of store credit. No returns will be accepted after this 7-day period.

Currently, no. While we’re remodeling our showroom, we’re operating fully online and aren’t able to invite our clients for in-person showings, transactions, or retrievals of their purchases.
We are happy to offer free domestic shipping. Our shipping team will prepare your watch for dispatch within 48 – 72 business hours of obtaining payment confirmation. In an effort to provide necessary insurance coverage for protecting your purchase, we do not offer deliveries to residential or commercial addresses. Additionally, we do not ship packages on Friday or over the weekend. Your timepiece will be shipped exclusively via FedEx Insured Express Shipping to a FedEx Ship Center of your choosing for secure pickup.
In order to protect the identity of our suppliers, we do not disclose any information regarding the warranty card other than the reference number and the year of purchase. We will not, under any circumstances, give the serial number or the exact date of purchase on the warranty card prior to the receipt of the watch. We will allocate the newest date that we have in stock at the time as we may have multiple items in stock.
