2025 New Rolex

Complete Guide to Every New Rolex Released at Watches and Wonders 2025

Earlier this week, Rolex dropped a fresh wave of new releases at Wonders and Watches 2025 that have received greater praise so far than in 2024. As exports of Swiss watches have gradually decreased and the watch market has cooled since the onset of the COVID pandemic, built anticipation for exciting and eclectic releases have oftentimes been met with mellow and subdued unveilings. Last year, Rolex caught some eyes with introduction of the new GMT-Master II Bruce Wayne and Perpetual 1908 models. However, aside from a few iteration additions to their classic Daytona, Day-Date, and Sky-Dweller models, much of the news from Rolex at Watches and Wonders 2024 was lackluster. This year, Rolex has taken more risks and reminded the watch world the legacy and weight of its name.

Land-Dweller 36mm and 40mm

Rolex Land-Dweller

What’s New: Rolex unveiled a whole new line of dazzling watches, labeled the Land-Dweller, marking Rolex’s entry into the highly competitive, sports-chic, integrated-bracelet watch category that is currently dominated by Audemars Piguet’s Royal Oak and Patek Philippe’s Nautilus. The design takes inspiration from the 1970s Oysterquartz models. Available in both 36mm and 40mm case sizes, the model taps into its iconic fluted/diamond bezels and cyclops lens, along with their take on the sleekm integrated bracelet design, all packaged in a newly developed movement, calibre 7135. Some of the differentiating features from the competitors in the field include the new Dynapulse Escapement, which utilizes a rolling transmission system for improved energy efficiency, a new oscillator with a ceramic balance staff, and an open, clear caseback exhibiting the sleekness of the movement. The model is offered in three versions: white Rolesor with a black dial, Eversoe gold with a white dial, and platinum with an ice blue dial, each paired with a honeycomb dial motif and sleek, new jubilee integrated bracelet.

GMT-Master II Ceramic Green Dial

GMT-Master II Green

What’s New: With the same black and green bezel as the GMT-Master II “Sprite” released in 2022, the GMT-Master II now features the first ceramic dial in the model line. The striking, new green dial complements the two-tone Cerachrom bezel, creating an uniform look across the dial and bezel. The model, offered in the standard GMT-Master II 40mm case size, retains the left-side crown introduced on the 2022 “Sprite” and is presented in 18 ct White Gold on an oyster bracelet.

GMT-Master II Tiger-Eye Dial

What’s New: Rolex is adding a new dial to the GMT-Master II Everose “Rootbeer” line with a “Tiger Eye” Dial. The dial encompasses a tiger’s eye, red jasper, and hematite, marking the first use of the tiger iron metamorphic rock by Rolex. Featuring the brown and black Cerachrom bezel insert, the watch is offered in 40mm like the rest of the GMT-Master II line.

Oyster Perpetual Lavender, Beige, and Pistachio Green Dials

What’s New: Rolex is making updates to its Oyster Perpetual line for the first time in a while. Taking to contemporary sleek and understated culture, Rolex has introduced three new dials: lavender, beige, and pistachio. For the first time ever, these dials feature a matte finish, a stark difference from the eye-popping Candy Pink and Tiffany Blue dial colors in the Oyster Perpetual line. The lavender dial is offered in 28mm, beige dial is offered in 36mm, and pistachio dial is offered with 41mm. In addition, the 41mm case has been slightly reworked, with an updated case and slightly slimmer clasp.

1908 Yellow Gold Settimo Bracelet

What’s New: Following the success of the new 1908 line launched by Rolex in 2023, Rolex has introduced a solid, Settimo bracelet, the first bracelet for the 1908 models. The first of its kind, the 18-karat yellow gold bracelet features a seven-link design that is polished with a contoured, reflective finish, giving a refined look. The bracelet updated watch is offered in yellow gold, and housed in a 39mm case with a domed and fluted bezel. It retains Arabic numerals at the 3, 9, and 12 o’clock markers, with a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock. The design takes inspiration from the fine dress watches made in the 1950s, offering an elegant entry in the dress watch tier.

Cosmograph Daytona Blue Lacquer Dial

What’s New: The hugely popular Cosmograph Daytona line now includes a turquoise blue lacquer dial with black chronos. The addition continues a trend for Rolex this year as it continues to introduce bold eye-striking dial colors. The update leans into the bold contrast and colour, borrowing from the Tiffany Blue Turquoise dial from the Oyster Perpetual lines, while retaining Daytona’s signature chronograph and classy essence. The dial is offered in 18-karat yellow gold case in a 40mm case size.

Sky-Dweller Sunray Green Dial

What’s New: Continuing on the trend of boldness from the new dial releases, Rolex has added a bright, sunray Green dial to the Sky-Dweller family. This is the latest addition to the line as Rolex added a blue-green dial on Everose Gold last year. For the first time ever, Rolex has paired the color green and 18 karat yellow gold together. This vibrant dial is offered only in yellow gold and jubilee bracelet.

Datejust Red Ombre Dial

What’s New: The most diverse line from Rolex has a new red ombre addition. The red ombre dial is characterized by a fiery red hue at the center to black at the outer edge, the first colour gradient of this kind from Rolex. The dial is offered in 31mm case size, housed in 18 karat yellow gold, fitted with diamond hour markers and a diamond-set bezel, and placed on a Presidential bracelet.
