I can’t send enough positivity towards Watch Limit and their staff - the brand needs to promote the people behind the scenes making their wonderfully oiled machine moving in an amazing direction - Phil has literally been my guy behind the scenes who not only has learned my likes and dislikes as it applies to horological pieces of art but every piece he’s sold me has been a complete win. I can’t say enough (and I have a tendency of not shutting up) about Phil. He’s not a sales person; he’s a relationship builder that connects the dots - this would be my third time piece purchase working with Phil in less than 6 months and we will continue in this stride as his and Watch Limit’s attention to detail, focus on transparency and price cannot be beat. It’s like looking for a Barber; you find an amazing one and you go through great lengths to keep/maintain that Barber - My AD’s (plural) at the big named shops “B” and “LJ” are Jack-offs - Phil is who I will be building my collection with moving forward. This dealer is top tier. Incredible communication, great price, watch was exactly as described. There was a FedEx service disruption due to weather that delayed my delivery, but Watch Limit kept me informed the whole time which gave me peace of mind. Would definitely purchase from them again.
